Breakfast:
vanilla yogurt with cut up pear
granola bar
milk
Morning Snack/Lunch/Afternoon Snack: went to a party and nibbled on all sorts of food. Good food. Orzo. Grilled chicken pizza. Cookies (2). Sunchips, a few. Tomato salad. Two plates by the time I was done. Drank Apple Cider (yum).
Dinner:
Large salad
2 small pieces of pizza
Exercise: none, but I DID exercise over the weekend!
