salad with one chicken tender cut up on top
Afternoon Snack: triscuts and candy corn

beet greens
vanilla yogurt
Notes to Self: drank only water today except for milk with supper. (yay!) AND drumroll please........... did situps! Only 50, but hey. I was excited.

Excellent with the sit-ups!
Just a note- getting up before children really does wonders- I feel much more like I have a handle on my day. When I wake up *with* them, I tend to scramble all day long trying to get things done.

I used to get up before the kids...that is, until they started waking up at 5:30. It isn't TERRIBLY early but since I have been pulling late nights trying to keep Judah awake so he will sleep through the night, it has worn me down.
I am a night owl by nature, not a morning person-even though when I force myself to be a morning person I am always thankful for it. I feel the same refreshed way when I start out right. So. Guess I have to do some forcing.
