Tuesday

Breakfast:

banana
Morning Snack:

granola bars

Lunch:

TWO (yikes) sloppy joes on WW

Afternoon Snack: wheat thins and candy corn

Dinner:

Greek salad
ziti with chicken
a few onion rings

Note to Self: I barely squeezed in a banana at breakfast (time issues, not fullness issues) which made me half starved by lunch. Shouldn't have eaten two sandwiches, but hey. I was half starved. Eat BREAKFAST, Rebecca. Drank lots of water. Did not exercise. Gotta start situps one of these days (yikes!) and walking.
