Tuesday

Breakfast:

vanilla yogurt with cut up pear

Morning Snack:

wheat thins

Lunch:

large salad
a cup of macaroni and cheese

Afternoon Snack: wheat thins

Dinner:

chicken pot pie
pears and yogurt
milk corn

an emergency scoop of icecream (TRUST Me, it was an emergency!)


Exercise: jog/walk in AM and PM
