Wed.

Breakfast:

triple fruit crisp (it was SUPPOSED to be for dessert last night, but NOooooooo)
glass of milk

Mid-morning Snack:

handful of banana chips

Lunch:

leftover pasta (a big bowl...too big, probably)
chocolate rice krispy treat
lots of water

Afternoon Snack:

another rice krispy square

Dinner:

half a HUGE shredded pork burrito
chocolate milk
oatmeal raisin cookie

Notes to Self:

met water goal.
Did not meet exercise goals.
Am addicted to sugar and don't know what to do about it.

Well you ate fruit for breakfast, and crisp MUST mean there were oats in it, so I would totally count that as fruity oatmeal.
If its any consolation, we're not technically supposed to be exercising for the first 4-6 weeks after child birth anyway.
